Michael Moore's new film Sicko picks apart the U.S health care industry in much the same way he he has taken on the current administration and the worst aspects of corporations, with broad satiric strokes. The Cannes Jury has loved the method and the message honoring him with the Palme d'Or for Fahrenheit 9/11 in 2004.

Good article here by Dr Tony Dajer on the big blind spot of even the most articulate and distinguished voices writing on the problems of the U.S Health care system.

India's system is evolving, definitely two tier with a wide gulf separating the the two solitudes of rich and poor but it has not yet crystallized. So, there is room to manoeuvre on future policy it would seem.
